How do I recover my login details/password?

If you have forgotten your login details to the SIM-Cloud management system, proceed as follows: First, check the e-mail address that you gave when registering on the SIM-Networks website: when you registered, your login details were sent to the address you specified.

If you can no longer find the e-mail containing your details, however, go to our website sim-networks.com and simply create a ticket. Indicate the main problem on the ticket: that you cannot find the e-mail with your authorisation data for the SIM-Cloud Dashboard or your password does not work.

Our Customer Care specialists will promptly help you restore access to your cloud dashboard; note that in order to maintain the security of your project, new login details will be generated for you.

How do I change my password?

Go to our website sim-networks.com and simply create a ticket. Indicate the main problem on the ticket: that you need to change your password for authorisation in the SIM-Cloud Dashboard. Be sure to specify the following in the ticket:

  • SIM-Cloud services ID (IaaS);
  • Name of project;
  • Username for which you require the change of password.

Preferably please specify the reason for changing the password.

The SIM-Cloud Team will promptly help you change the password to your user account for the project. In order to maintain the security of your project, new login details will be generated for the user account you have specified.

How do I create an additional user?

Go to our website sim-networks.com and simply create a ticket. Indicate the main problem on the ticket: that you need to change your password for authorisation in the SIM-Cloud Dashboard. Be sure to specify the following in the ticket:

  • SIM-Cloud services ID (IaaS);
  • Name of project;
  • E-mail for the new account;
  • Username for the new account you wish to create.

The SIM-Cloud Team will promptly create an additional account for your project.
